Contributor/s
A subshrub or shrub endemic to Ecuador, where it is known from at least ten collections in the northern and central Andes. Most of the collections were recorded on roadsides and disturbed areas. Collected several times in the crater of the Volcn Pululahua, which is protected inside the Reserva Geobotnica Pululahua. Other populations have been recorded in dry areas along the AlausRiobamba road. May occur in some other Andean protected areas. No specific threats are known.

Clinopodium fasciculatum:
Clinopodium fasciculatum is a species of flowering plant in the Lamiaceae family. It is found only in Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
