Plectranthus edulis:
Plectranthus edulis, also known as Welayta dinich (Amharic), is a species of annual plant in the Lamiaceae family. It is indigenous to Ethiopia, where it is grown for its edible tubers. The tubers are cooked before they are eaten.[1]
