Abstract:

Hesperozygis pusilla Irving, a rare and apparently endemic species from Galeana, Nuevo Leon, is described. It is closely allied to H. ciliolata Epling. Both H. ciliolata and H. pusilla have chromosome numbers of 2n=36.
